I offer studio classes at The Yoga Lounge in Canmore, as well as private yoga classes in the Canmore area. I provide the mats and props and give you the lesson in the comfort of where you’re staying, whether the class is just for yourself or for a group. I can accommodate all levels.
First and foremost, I am an earnest student of yoga, practicing asana and meditation every day for the last 5 years, since I began teaching. My goal is to guide students to an experience of their Self.
My teaching is a product of all the styles of yoga I have practiced—a curated embodiment of the teachings I've experienced to be the most beneficial. My classes are best described as a hatha/vinyasa blend, but I also teach restorative and yin. I am adept at adjusting classes to fit my students level, needs and goals. My style is slow and conscious, with some longer strength building holds, creative sequencing, fun challenges, and pranayama or meditation—using my magic to foster the best in my students.
